Kyle Jones, Co-Founder and COO of iCRYO Cryotherapy

“Connecting with everyone that crosses my path is the reason I am where I am today.”

Interview with Kyle Jones the co-founder and COO of iCRYO Cryotherapy.

What is your company and what is its main goal?

iCRYO is a total wellness company that operates under a franchise model for like minded entrepreneurs to invest into starting a business that is centered around elevating the quality of peoples lives. We are the leaders in the cryotherapy industry. Our goal is to stay the front runners in the new emerging cryotherapy space on a global scale and to positively impact every community that iCRYO steps foot into.

When did you start your business and why?

I opened the first iCRYO location in October of 2015. That location is our corporate center in League City, Texas. It currently acts as our flagship location and training center that we train all of our franchisees at. I started iCRYO because I saw a problem. The problem was people living in pain and suffering through their days.

I wanted to create a business model that truly helped people feel alive again and not just survive the day but thrive through the day. I also wanted to create a business opportunity that people could buy into and feel proud and excited to operate their business because they knew they were helping their community.

What makes you different from your competition?

Our company culture, our training systems and our first-class centers are what truly set us apart from our competition. This company was founded on the core values of “people first” and making sure those core values stay intact is my life mission.

We will never lose site of helping others and making sure that when our guests visit one of our centers that they have a professional and positive experience. We create one of the world’s first cryotherapy training systems. Safety is one of our top priorities. Lastly, no one can beat the look and feel of our centers. We deliver a facility that is jaw dropping and second to none.

What marketing channels do you use for your growth?

We use almost every channel possible. We market through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, Public Relations, Professional Athletes, social media influencers, radio stations, magazines, trade shows/expos, email campaigns, direct mailers, text campaigns and full community involvement.

What are you expected to grow in terms of revenue in the next 12 months?

Our projections over the next 12 months have us opening roughly 20+ locations and selling over 100 territories in the United States, which would bring revenue between $10M-$20M by the end of 2020.
