This year we have seen some different teams move around spots on the list of professional sports teams worth the most money. Three different sports hold on to the top 10, which do you think has the most on the list? 

1. Dallas Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys are worth an astounding $5 billion! Owned by Jerry Jones, the Cowboys bring in a yearly operating income of $365 million. 

2. New York Yankees

At number 2, the New York Yankees are worth $4.6 billion. The Steinbrenner family own the team with a yearly operating income of $30 million. 

3. Real Madrid

At number 3, Real Madrid Football Club is worth $4.24 billion. This team is owned by club members and runs on a yearly operating income of $112 million. 

4. FC Barcelona

At number 4, comes FC Barcelona and is worth $4.02 billion. Barcelona is also owned by club members with a operating income of -$37 million.

5. New York Knicks

At number 5, the New York Knicks are worth $4 billion. The Madison Square Garden Company owns the team with an operating income of $155 million. 

6. Manchester United 

At number 6, Manchester United is worth $3.81 billion. The Glazer family owns the team with an operating income of $238 million. 

7. New England Patriots 

At number 7, the New England Patriots are worth $3.8 billion. Robert Kraft is the owner of the team which has an operating income of $235 million. 

8. Los Angeles Lakers

At number 8, the Los Angeles Lakers are worth $3.7 billion. Buss Family Trusts owns the team and have an operating income of $147 million. 

9. Golden State Warriors 

At number 9, the Golden State Warriors are worth $3.5 billion. Joe Lacob and Peter Guber are the team owners with an operating income of $103 million. 

10. Los Angeles Dodgers 

At number 10, the Los Angeles Dodgers are worth $3.3 billion. Owned by Guggenheim Baseball Management the operating income for the Dodgers is $95 million.
